Directions for Avemar™ Granulate

How to Use:
Pour the contents of one Avemar™ packet (17 g) into a glass. Add 100-200 ml of water, mix thoroughly, and drink the entire solution immediately. Consume the solution within 30 minutes of preparation; discard any that remains unused. For a more pleasant taste, prepare Avemar™ with cool or cold soft drinks, tea, kefir, yogurt, cocoa, or milk. Note that you should not use warm or hot liquids for preparation.

Recommended Dosage:
Adults weighing up to 90 kg should take one packet daily. Those over 90 kg should take two packets daily, one in the morning and one in the evening.

Storage Requirements:
Store Avemar™ granulate at temperatures between 5-22°C. Keeping it refrigerated is recommended.

Directions for Avemar™ Tablet
Recommended Dosage:

• Adults weighing less than 50 kg: Take four tablets twice a day.
• Adults weighing 50-90 kg: Take five tablets twice a day.
• Adults weighing over 90 kg: Take seven tablets twice a day.

It’s advisable to split the daily dose into two parts: half in the morning and half in the evening. Note that 10 tablets of Avemar™ are equivalent to one packet (17g) of Avemar™ granulate.

Storage Requirements:
Keep Avemar™ tablets in conditions below 22°C. Storing them in a refrigerator is advisable.
